Application & Platform Data Addendum

This Application & Platform Data Addendum supplements the Rackset Privacy Policy and applies to the mobile and web applications, tools, and API integrations published by Rackset LLC, a company registered in SHAMS Free Zone, UAE (“Rackset”, “we”, “us”). Where this Addendum conflicts with the general Privacy Policy for our apps, this Addendum controls.

1. Application data we collect

Account data — name, email, and credentials you provide when creating an account.
Content you provide — posts, captions, media, schedules, and settings you create in the app.
Usage & device data — app interactions, log data, device and browser identifiers, and diagnostics used to operate and improve the service.

2. Data accessed through Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

With your explicit authorization, our apps use the Facebook Login and the Instagram Graph API to access only the data needed for the features you enable. This may include: connected Facebook Page and Instagram Business/Creator account details, media you own, content insights and metrics, comments, and (where you enable messaging features) direct messages.

Purpose: to publish and schedule content, display analytics, and manage comments/messages on your behalf.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising unrelated to your account, or share it except with the service providers needed to deliver the feature.
We handle Meta Platform data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke access at any time (see Data Deletion).

3. Data accessed through Google APIs

Where our apps use Google APIs, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We access only the scopes you approve and use that data solely to provide and improve the user-facing features you request.

4. How we use application data

To provide, secure, and improve the apps; to authenticate you; to deliver the platform features you enable; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases include performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interests.

5. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors and service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, error monitoring) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention & deletion

We retain application and platform data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can delete your account and data at any time — see the Data Deletion page.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege) to protect your data. Platform credentials/tokens are stored securely and never exposed to client-side code.
