This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal data that Rackset LLC (SHAMS Free Zone, UAE) and its applications and services (including Linkamoon, WebRamz tools, and any Rackset-published app) hold about you.

How to request deletion

1. In-app account deletion

If you have an account in one of our apps, you can delete your account and associated data from within the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and associated personal data, subject to the retention exceptions below.

2. Email request

Send a deletion request to privacy@rackset.com (or support@rackset.com) from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the app or service name and the account identifier (email/username) so we can locate your data.

If you connected a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google account

When you authorize a Rackset app to access your Facebook, Instagram, or Google account, we only process the data you authorized (for example, page/profile details, media, insights, comments, or messages) to provide the requested features. To remove this access and request deletion:

• Revoke access at the platform: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites; Google → myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.
• Then send us a Data Deletion Request as above, and we will delete the data obtained through that platform from our systems.

What is deleted and when

• We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete verified deletion within 30 days.
• Deleted data includes profile information, content, usage data, and platform-derived data tied to your account.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, or in de-identified/aggregated form that can no longer identify you. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
